Breathing through your nose is what the body is supposed to do because there are hairs in the nose that filter out particles that you don’t want in your lungs!
If someone’s snoring bothers you, that person can see their personal physician for help in preventing snoring. When a person is very relaxed, the muscles in the lower jaw can relax and the mouth just naturally falls open, so snoring can happen! But NEVER tape someone’s mouth shut, or your own, for any reason!
NO! You may need to breathe out of your mouth at some point and you’d be hard-pressed to do that with your mouth taped shut!
